Project Overview:
The final project proposal for this course will involve creating a "distribute meshwork"
which has the qualities such as "interactivity and flexibility." The intentions of this is to try and model various networking systems that relates to social networking in general. Networks are complex systems that are highly detailed. They can also visually attractive as well. I am interested in modeling various networks such as collective and central, independent networks and so forth. There are three types of networks which I'm interested in modeling. These include, distributed, centralized and decentralized networks. A centralized network will have much of its links dispersed around one or a few nodes, while a decentralized network is one in which there is little variation between the n of links each node possesses. Each one of these networks will have be different in there aesthetics, functionality and animation.
Time Line:
For each network type, I will focus on creating initial three dimensional studies. This will give me variations on what the final form will look like. This will also be accompanied by sketches and detail drawings of how each network type functions.
Final Output:
The final product will be a visuals of these types of networks.

Animation:
The animation will show how one of these networks work and functions. The intention
of this will be to try and utilized Animation capabilities of Maya and integrate that into
the collection of web data. The web data will be collected by python, which will be
linked to the Maya animation.
